Sustainability and Solidarity

Sustainability and Solidarity is a yearlong leadership development program co-designed by stone circles and OpenSource Leadership Inc. to help progressive North Carolina leaders deepen their capacity to:

  • Build relationships of solidarity across significant lines of difference as these relate to power, privilege, and oppression (including race/ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, generation, spiritual tradition, issue and methodology) as a foundation for stronger strategic collaboration and movement-building.
  • Witness and engage patterns across sector and organizational culture that limit sustainability, and counter these through a deepened understanding of transformational practice and pathways for intentional workplaces.
  • Generate an attainable vision for social change in North Carolina and share it more broadly with communities throughout the state.
  • Our report will be coming this summer!
